Free Help: these products are peer-supported, meaning that users volunteer to help one another. The script author monitors discussion but does not guarantee a response to all questions.

Paid Help: if you are unable to find adequate free help on the forum, you might consider paying someone. You can also solicit paid help on the Forum - many participants are very familiar with these products and can solve most problems.

Use Different Product: if all else fails, you can try a different script. Similar functionality has been built into other scripts by other people, and their's might be easier for you to install, or they might be more compatible with your setup. You can find tons of free and inexpensive CGI scripts at the CGI Resources web site.
